Yellow curry is very nice with cauliflower, sweet yam or potato, Cook them in boiling water until it tender, take it out and sauteed with vegetable oil with chicken or any kind of meat you prefer, then pour the yellow curry sauce on top for 2 mins. Serve on top of rice or noodles.

Green curry/ Red curry (for prawn or white fish)

at medium heat sauteed chicken with vegetable oil until half cook about 1-2 min. the juice will come out from chicken. take the chicken out from the pan.

Boil down the juice with some vegetable you prefer i.e. green bean, red pepper, money mushroom etc. sauteed with the juice until it gets thicker (another 1-2 min) add the green curry sauce with the previous chicken. Then cook everything together for another 2-3 min.

serve on top of rice noodles, pasta or rice.

For the prawn, clean it first and put in the shallow bowl. Boil water until it get 100c then pour on top of the prawn. Let's soak the prawn for 1 minute with hot water. Take the prawn out from the bowl. This way the prawn will never over cook and stay moisture and crisp.

Repeat all the stir fry as above with the vegetable you like, add the curry sauce. Put the prepared prawn stir all together for another 1 minute. Then serve.

If you could add cirantro or Sweet Thai basil on top when serve. it will be more fragrance, and good presentation.


Szechuan Chili

good with egg phant or green bean

for eggphant, cut it lengthwise, bake for 10 min (at 380c) or until it soft. Then add the szechuan Chili sauce with green onion on top. Bake another 2 minutes, then serve with rice or noodle

Cran Ginger/ Sesame BBQ

stir with Cabbage, carrot or zuchini with any meat you want, As the same method above.
